Sagardoetxea is the Museum of Basque cider. When it came to creating the logotype, we very much took account of Basque cultural characteristics so as to associate them with the brand. The shapes and colours of the Sagardoetxea logotype suggest traditional materials – wood, forged – and abstract shapes, playing with completeness and emptiness.
Using this graphic art we suggest the names of Oteiza, Chillida, Ibarrola, etc. contributing a quality distinction to Sagardoetxea’s image at the same time as establishing a strong link with popular culture.
